Awesome Santa Cruz Ocean Front property

My husband and I with our 2 children and another couple friend of ours with their child all stayed at this wonderful home! The views are amazing, the ping pong table were a hit, the fire pit and fireplace were well used by us with the complimentary firewood in the garage. We roasted s'mores with the kiddos and walked along the ocean every day. The boardwalk and beaches were very close and kids had a blast there. I made every meal the entire stay, including homemade bolongense sauce and the kitchen had everything I needed and then some. I also baked cookies and brownies too. It literally was fully stocked!! The beds were very comfortable and the lay out was perfect! The child's crib and highchair were also an amazing bonus!! It was clean, safe, quaint and I would definetley stay there again. Kelley's Bakery, Safeway, quaint coffee houses were also very close and they even had HBO movie channels!! Ample parking, in garage and driveway and along street as well. A+++++++

Great Beach House Experience!

Perfect one story beach house for generations traveling together. Nice views and family. Fully-enclosed backyard for little one's and expansive oceanfront patio on for adults. Good floor plan and excellent location. Dog friendly house and neighborhood. Beaches are outstanding on this side of Santa Cruz - the beach in front of this house great. We also enjoyed the tide pools.

Vacation Stay

The amenities were perfect, anything we needed was there. The view…oh, the view is spectacular! It was just lovely to wake up and have coffee on the porch and listen to the waves and watch the people walking their dogs, riding their bikes and driving by with the picturesque ocean view never ending behind it all. The beds were extremely comfortable and I usually have problems sleeping when I am not at home but I slept all night for the duration of my stay. It is in a perfect location with restaurants and stores close by but far enough that we were not run over by the other tourists down by the boardwalk. The people there were so nice too. My daughter has said to me, “I want to go back to that place we stayed with the huge window with the beautiful view of the ocean”. Thank you for a priceless get away!!!!!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful and spacious home! It was pet friendly and walking distance to a very family friendly beach, Natural Bridges. My kids loved climbing the rocks and checking out the tide pools and my husband and I loved just sitting on the porch and enjoying the gorgeous ocean front view. This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation and it met the needs of my 92 year old grandmother and my preschool kids. It has it all! I look forward to vacationing here again in the future. A great value for sure!

AMAZING View!!! Beach fun for the entire family.

Wow - is all I can say about the gorgeous views and location of this lovely home. The house itself was very well-maintained, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything my family and I needed. Every detail and amenity was at our fingertips! The back patio was perfect for barbecues and play time for the children, as it is totally contained while still having ocean views! We walked the kids to the tide pools and beach and drove just two miles to Santa Cruz Boardwalk, wearing ourselves out. This is a special location and home and I would highly recommend for family trips, girls' weekends or a romantic getaway. The owners are extremely pleasant to work with and I felt as if my family and I were in very good hands. We will definitely return for another vacation here.

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

My family and I have visited this home 2 years in a row and it is exceptional. The fully enclosed brick patio is a lifesaver for families with children. It is so nice to leave the sliding glass doors open and let the kids come and go without worrying about their safety. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this home is always spotless and well maintained. It's a great "home base" for walks along the beach, a short drive to the local bakery, a day trip to the boardwalk, or to Natural Bridges right across the street. You will love it here!

Wonderful house in the perfect oceanfront spot!

This is a lovely house in a gorgeous location! The waterfront views are amazing, so we really didn't need to go anywhere, just relax by the sea! But of course we walked along the beautiful bike path to Natural Bridges to the beach, and discovered tide pools, stunning natural scenery. I'd love to go back in the winter and walk down to see the butterflies. The backyard is fully enclosed, and accessible from different parts of the house, so we left doors open for fresh air and the sound of ocean waves, without worrying about the kids going anywhere. The kitchen is fantastic and the whole house has a spacious layout. One room is towards the back, so I bet it would also be great for two small families. I can't wait to go back!

OUR BEST STAY AT THE BEACH!

Thank you for another wonderful week at the beach in Santa Cruz. The new living room furniture is super comfortable, exceptionally supportive, and very easy to keep clean (leather is great at the coast!). We spent hours reclined watching the waves along West Cliff. This was the most relaxing trip of the year. We appreciated the updated kitchen and very organized drawers. Everything was top notch. As always, we will return and continue to refer our family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. You do an amazing job.

Beautiful home, perfect location...

My family spent four nights at this beautiful ocean front home. I spent most of the time sitting on the front patio, people watching as people walked, ran and rode along West Cliff Drive. Loved it. Kids enjoyed the tide pools (right across the street) and my wife, who loves to cook, appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Photos and description were accurate, house was clean and owner seemed to be responsive (although since nothing went wrong, it's tough to tell). There is something really peaceful about going to sleep and hearing the ocean. Wish we'd brought our bikes as West Cliff is a perfect place to ride! We will definitely book again but since the kids started school, it will have to be in the summer.

PERFECT Beach House!!!

What an amazing place! Breathtaking views through the huge window in the living room, coffee on the front patio looking at the ocean, and an enclosed patio perfect for the kids and dog. This house has it all! There's a beach and great tide pools directly across the street from the house, and we walked every day 3/4 of a mile down to fantastic Natural Bridges State Park. It's close to the boardwalk and all the great beaches, has amazing ocean views and is decorated beautifully. Such a peaceful, gorgeous place. We loved being able to let the kids run around in the enclosed patio and play ping pong in the detached garage. We cooked a few meals in, and went to the nearby wharf for some great seafood. We also enjoyed the firepit in the back and both fireplaces in the house. The house was stocked with everything we could think of, even a KitchenAid mixer and a rice cooker! We will definitely be back soon, and make this an annual trip. And don't miss Kelley's French Bakery and their rainbow assortment of macaroons..yum!

Breathtaking House!

I don't think there are any words to describe the perfection that is this house. Outstanding/unobstructed ocean views, well appointed, and extremely clean. Close to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, world famous Steamers Lane and the historic lighthouse along with ocean front downtown. With no parking issues all of these things are easily accessible. During my stay, the owners made this spectacular house feel like a home.

Nice stay

this house has a great view of the ocean, we enjoyed walking from the house on West Cliff, I was able to cook some meals in this kitchen. Had all appliances and cooking tools. Comfy beds and TV's in each bedroom was nice.

Simply Perfect!

Entering this house was like coming home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, yet without clutter. The house was much cleaner than any other we have rented, and the location was incredible -- close to boardwalk, beach, and downtown yet located in a quiet, residential area. We particularly appreciated not having to compete for parking space. The detached garage saw to that. We loved the was quiet, safe neighborhood. The house offered space and privacy to all of us and since we are older than we once were, we were thrilled the house offered all of this in a single story. We are saving for our next vacation and we will definitely be returning to this special house!
